Egg loaf with peanut butter spread

Last Sunday, I made a my son’s favourite dessert, egg loaf with peanut butter spread.

Simple ingredients

  • 6 pieces of bread
  • 3 eggs
  • Butter
  • Peanut butter

Break the eggs into a big flat bowl. Beat the eggs until it turn to a bit white. Then, heat your pan and put in a bit of butter. Submerge the whole bread into beaten egg. Fry the the bread until it turn a bit of brown color for both side. Repeat the same process for the rest of the breads. Take one piece bread & spread it with peanut butter. Cover it with other bread and cut into half.

P.S: This dessert is very nice to serve for morning breakfast. A simple western food.
