Kak Anim is my beloved mother who loves cooking since she was 12 years old. She enrolled in cooking class when she was 15 years old. Her mother always told her that women must know how to cook no matter how successful they are in other things. Last weekend when I went back to my hometown, I saw a few very old recipe books on the bookshelves. I flipped through one by one and I realized that these will be great to share among close friends and of course the world. Because this book is in “Bahasa” Language, I will not translate it for all of you. But you can always ask me questions on what those terms mean in English. Happy Cooking Everyone.
